DESCRIPTION:Join Evan Westfall\, son of Tom Westfall for a discussion about his experience in the music industry.  Evan is part of the internationally-known folk trio CAAMP. Started by boyhood friends Evan Westfall and Taylor Meier\, CAAMP came to life in Athens\, Ohio. Taylor began penning and playing original songs at coffee shops around Athens in 2013. Evan moved down a couple of years later and together in a hazy attic\, enjoying light beers\, they would find the heartfelt sound that became CAAMP. Since independently releasing their self-titled first record in 2016\, they have climbed Spotify charts\, headlined the US\, purchased denim jackets and added a bass- playing buddy\, Matt Vinson- who also enjoys light beers and denim. SUMMARY:Volunteering at Homeless Families Foundation Holiday Store
DESCRIPTION:The Homeless Families Foundation educates and nurtures children while empowering families to achieve stable housing and self-sufficiency.  In 2008\, The Homeless Families Foundation started the Holiday Store to better meet the needs of the growing number of children we serve during the holiday season. This program allows parents\, with the assistance of a staff member or volunteer\, to select free gifts for their children ranging in age from newborn to 18 years old. \nWe need at least 12 volunteers to help gift wrap\, help families with their shopping\, and clean up at the conclusion of the evening. \nPlease contact Herb Gillen at herb@herbgillen.com or 614-488-2828 if you can help.  Please feel free to bring your spouse to help but children need to be at least 18 year of age.
