Rotary Weekly Meeting - Jeff Young, 9/11 Recovery: Reflections on Working at Ground Zero Host: Gillen Jeff Young is the former UA Fire Chief and Current Director of Franklin County Emergency Management. Immediately following the 9/11 attack in New York, Jeff traveled to Ground Zero and worked for days with other emergency personnel in the recovery effort.
