Coat Distribution for Operation Warm at West Broad Elementary

UA Rotary members are supporting Operation Warm, which is a non-profit that provides coats to kids.  Club member’s donations have purchased coats to distribute to every student at West Broad Street Elementary School.

The morning of December 18^th, we will need 15-25 Rotarians to help the kids select their coats and to fit them with the right size – with room for growth.  We ordered extra coats to ensure that every student receives a coat that morning.

We will distribute the coats one classroom at a time – about 10 minutes apart.  We will start at 9:15 AM and be done by 2:30 PM and will have two 2 1/2 hour shifts or whatever you can do.  We need one Rotarian to check the kid’s name on a list and two or three Rotarians to write their names in their coats.  The balance of the Rotarians will be working with the kids to select and fit their coats.
